- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
