Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve.
