- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in a zip-lock bag or shallow dish with the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after grilling.
- Slice and serve warm, garnished as desired.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours.
- This recipe can also be made using a grill pan on the stovetop.
