  • 2 cups of diced apples (about 2 medium-sized apples)
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (for brushing)
  • Optional: Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and dicing them, then toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits, flatten them, and spoon the apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel into the center.
