To make these Cinnamon Caramel Apple Pie Bombs, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 cups of diced apples (about 2 medium-sized apples)
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of butter (for brushing)
- Optional: Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and dicing them, then toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits, flatten them, and spoon the apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel into the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
