- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the batter.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Pour water over the dish without stirring.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm and center is slightly wobbly.
