- 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or Napa)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Feel free to adjust the ingredients based on your preferences. For instance, you can swap out the ground beef for ground turkey or chicken if you prefer.
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until wilted but still crunchy.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, stir, and remove from heat.
