- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sliced zucchini; cook until zucchini is tender.
- Add pasta and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then simmer until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and warm through.
- Remove from heat, garnish with basil, and serve warm.
