- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water and cook pasta until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through; let rest.
- Sauté garlic and zucchini in the same skillet until tender.
- Slice chicken and combine with drained pasta in the skillet; add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan and basil.
