- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook egg noodles according to package instructions (7-9 minutes).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and add minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth to the skillet, scraping the bottom, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain noodles, add to skillet, and toss in the broth. Slice chicken and place on top.
- Stir in remaining butter and garnish with parsley.
