- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots work great)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine wild rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil and add the mixture.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
