Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream until creamy; add water if too thick.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with parsley.
