Ingredients

- 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Optional: chili flakes for a spicy kick
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, season, and cook until golden brown (5-7 mins).
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add uncooked rice, stir to coat, then pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and optional chili flakes, serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add chili flakes according to your taste.
