A creamy and flavorful Chicken Riesling dish, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Riesling wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden.
  2. Remove chicken, sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Deglaze with Riesling, scraping the bottom, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth, return chicken and thyme, and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies or herbs.
  • Serve with fresh parsley for garnish.
