Instructions
- Cook chicken to 165°F, shred, and mix with marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the sandwich with chicken mixture and cheeses between bread slices.
- Grill the sandwich in butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
- Remove, cool briefly, slice, and serve with extra marinara sauce.
