  • 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches) on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the filling mixture over the dough, leaving about an inch from the edges.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one of the longer sides, tucking in the ends.
  6. Place the rolled Stromboli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
