Before you start cooking, gather the following ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil in a skillet, place a tortilla, and spread the chicken mixture on half. Fold the tortilla over.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Slice cooked quesadillas into wedges and serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

- For extra flavor, consider adding more spices or herbs to the filling.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
