Before you start cooking, gather the following ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; transfer to paper towel.
- Shred cooked chicken and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add crumbled bacon and ranch dressing to chicken; mix well.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
