Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
