Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
