- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley
Instructions
- Slice avocado, remove the pit, and mash with salt and pepper.
- Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise until well coated.
- Spread mashed avocado on one slice of bread, layer with chicken mixture, and top with cheese, then add the second slice of bread.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Remove, let cool, slice, and serve warm.
