Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and chopped spinach.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  5. If using, mix in the cooked pasta.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
