A creamy and delicious Chicken and Mushroom Pasta that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta (fettuccine or penne works best)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté sliced mushrooms until tender, add minced garlic, and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
