Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10 oz) can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots work great)
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, Alfredo sauce, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Layer frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve hot.
