- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water and cook lasagna noodles as per package instructions, then drain.
- Mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, remaining Alfredo, and mozzarella. Repeat layers twice more, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley if desired.

- Make sure to drain the noodles well to avoid excess water in the lasagna.
