- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook in butter until golden, then let rest.
- Boil salted water, cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
- Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
- Slice chicken, add to sauce with fettuccine, and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 375°F, slice French bread, butter, sprinkle garlic, and bake until golden.
- Serve Chicken Alfredo with garlic bread, garnished with parsley.
