Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook in butter until golden, then let rest.
  2. Boil salted water, cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Slice chicken, add to sauce with fettuccine, and mix well.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F, slice French bread, butter, sprinkle garlic, and bake until golden.
  6. Serve Chicken Alfredo with garlic bread, garnished with parsley.
