Delicious calzones stuffed with chicken, cheese, and creamy Alfredo sauce, perfect for a family meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package pre-made pizza dough
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Place filling on one half of each dough circle, fold, and seal the edges.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C), spray calzones with olive oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For best results, do not overfill the calzones.
  • Experiment with other fillings if desired.
