- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package pre-made pizza dough
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Place filling on one half of each dough circle, fold, and seal the edges.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C), spray calzones with olive oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For best results, do not overfill the calzones.
- Experiment with other fillings if desired.
