- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a pan and cook shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until pink (3-4 minutes), then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, shrimp mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen vegetables.
- Fold in half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
