- 1 cup of heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
- Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Plate the pasta, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
