  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
