- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, and half the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and layer frozen tater tots on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve.
