  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Mix chicken, ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread filling onto each noodle, roll up, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour half of the Alfredo sauce over the rolls.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and optional Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
