- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Mix chicken, ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread filling onto each noodle, roll up, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the Alfredo sauce over the rolls.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and optional Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
