- 2 cups of cooked pasta (penne or rotini works best)
- 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 cup of ranch dressing
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, let the dish sit for 5 minutes after baking before serving.
