- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by measuring and opening cans.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in uncooked pasta, beef broth, and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Add corn and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
