Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pot over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and add cubed potatoes; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add optional spices if desired.
