Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pot over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Pour in beef broth and add cubed potatoes; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
