To make these delicious cheesesteak loaded potato wedges, you will need:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound of sliced steak (ribeye or flank steak works well)
- 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup of onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, then add steak and cook until browned.
- Top baked wedges with steak and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
