  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 pound of sliced steak (ribeye or flank steak works well)
  • 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup of onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
