- 4 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work great)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and nuts.
- Stuff each apple with the cheesecake mixture, leaving space at the top.
- Place apples in a baking dish with water, cover, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until tender.

- Serve warm with caramel sauce drizzled on top.
