- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup diced onions

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping jalapeños and onions.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Add jalapeños, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), transfer dip to a baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
