Ingredients

- 1 pound of bacon
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 pound of ground beef or turkey
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of biscuit dough (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef or turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form balls with a spoonful of the meat mixture, adding cheese and BBQ sauce in the center.
- Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until bacon is crispy and meat is cooked.
- Cool for a few minutes and serve with extra BBQ sauce.

- For added flavor, use thick-cut bacon.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese or sauces.
