Ingredients
Scale
Before we dive into the cooking, let’s gather our ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 small wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 medium apple (I recommend Granny Smith for a tart bite)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Chopped nuts (optional, for crunch)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface.
- Wash and slice the apple into small pieces.
- Place a piece of Brie on a triangle of dough, add apple, caramel, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Using Granny Smith apples adds a nice tart flavor.
- Chopped nuts can enhance the texture if desired.
