- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the shrimp, then toss with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant.
- Add seasoned shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat, drizzle honey and lemon juice over shrimp, and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
