- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

- 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, shredded cheese, and fresh parsley
Instructions
- Sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic in a skillet until soft.
- Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns with optional toppings.
