- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Croutons (optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until the shrimp are well coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce in the center.
- Top with a portion of the seasoned shrimp, grated Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices. Add croutons if desired for extra crunch.
- Drizzle a bit more Caesar dressing over the filling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to create a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use grilled chicken instead of shrimp for a different protein option.
- For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
