Delicious Caesar Salad Shrimp Wraps with lettuce, Parmesan, and avocado. A quick and easy meal, perfect for lunch or dinner

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Croutons (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until the shrimp are well coated.
  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce in the center.
  • Top with a portion of the seasoned shrimp, grated Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices. Add croutons if desired for extra crunch.
  • Drizzle a bit more Caesar dressing over the filling.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to create a wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use grilled chicken instead of shrimp for a different protein option.
  • For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
