Before we get started, let’s gather everything we need for these Buffalo Ranch Chicken Melt Sandwiches. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Add chicken mixture and cheese to the unbuttered side of two slices, then top with the remaining slices, buttered side out.
- Grill the sandwiches on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
