Instructions

- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil, add remaining cheese, and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
