- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ⅓ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture on the pizza crust, then top with mozzarella and blue cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped celery, and optionally drizzle with ranch dressing.
