- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions with a pinch of salt.
- Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl until well coated.
- Mix ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl until smooth.
- Layer buffalo chicken, noodles, and cheese mixture in a baking dish, finishing with noodles and topping with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
