This buffalo chicken lasagna combines spicy buffalo chicken with creamy cheese layers for a delicious twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions with a pinch of salt.
  2. Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl until well coated.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer buffalo chicken, noodles, and cheese mixture in a baking dish, finishing with noodles and topping with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
