- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 3 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add Brussels sprouts, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; stir to coat.
- Cover and cook for about 10 minutes to steam the sprouts.
- Remove the lid, stir, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
