Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add Brussels sprouts, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; stir to coat.
  5. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes to steam the sprouts.
  6. Remove the lid, stir, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
