Instructions
- Bake the brownies according to package instructions at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes and let cool completely.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating cream cheese until smooth, then mix in heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Layer the cooled brownies and cream cheese mixture in a dish, finishing with the cream cheese on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add garnish before serving.
