Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken legs in the mixture for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
- Grill the chicken legs for 10-12 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Baste with remaining marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
