  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken legs in the mixture for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
  4. Grill the chicken legs for 10-12 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Baste with remaining marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
