Instructions
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until dissolved.
- Coat chicken wings in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool slightly, drizzle with extra marinade, and garnish with pineapple and green onions before serving.
