- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed butter crackers.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
