Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
These ingredients are easy to find, and I love how they come together to create a mouthwatering flavor profile. Plus, you can easily adjust the cheese or veggies based on what you have in your kitchen.
Instructions
- Combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the filling.
- Make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing them horizontally.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the stuffed chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with different veggies or cheeses.
- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
